Design and Coordination
The team prepares the drawings, calculations, estimates, models, or revisions and coordinates the required disciplines.
Client Review
A review set is issued for confirmation of layout, scope, and project information.
Final Deliverables
The final drawing package and related documents are delivered in the agreed format. Signed or sealed documents are included when specifically confirmed in the project scope.
Plan Check Support
If included, the team addresses review comments and prepares resubmittal documents.
